Welcome back everyone! Today we’re taking the LH 411 from New York’s JFK to Munich, Germany (actually this is what I did two weeks ago). This flight has the new Lufthansa business class which was fantastic. The food was great and I passed out before I even finished my movie. Mansoor, one of the NYC IAPs, and I arrived in Munich early in the morning. We took the S-bahn to our friend Steven’s house, who was a German intern in New York a few months ago who we’re still friends with and who let us stay in his house all weekend. We showered and got dressed, and guess where we went? To the Oktoberfest of course! Here’s Steven trying to safety pin my dirndl together (I had bought it on eBay and it was too small so I couldn’t zip it up, oops!).

We arrived at the Oktoberfest to a sea of people, all singing and dancing and of course drinking the “German staple”. It was a sight to be seen. Needless to say, we had an amazing time, met a ton of new people, and I definitely want to go again next year!

After a short weekend in Munich, Mansoor and I took a flight to Frankfurt to begin another Seeheim training session. This time we had Business Seminar 4, which included a day with an image consultant! She taught us all about style and how to present yourself, what looks good on each of us individually, the color schemes that suit us, and even how to tie scarves and ties in really different and beautiful ways. It was exciting to get such a personalized consultation about how you present yourself; a lot of these things we don’t even think about but they’re very important to know. Below are some pictures of us and what we did in the class.

Well our classes in Seeheim are almost over for this session, and we’ll all be going home to our home countries to start our next adventures. I hope you liked reading this week’s blogs and I’m looking forward to hearing from you all! Thanks so much for reading and I wish you all lots of success, fun, and adventures of your own ;)

 Until next time,

Kristen
