My role in the team is critical questioning and helping those team mates, which are not that familiar with the Lufthansa company as I am.
During a lunch with other interns from my university in Dresden, a girl talked about the new ProTeam program and while listening to her I felt like it could be something great because it was something new, something not really “Lufthansa like”. I made a decision I do not reject until today: I thought about a good idea for a video and handed it in! Boom – I was invited to the Assessment Center and here I am on the verge of transferring to a permanent position in the Lufthansa Group.
I can tell you now: the program is not “Lufthansa like”, the Lufthansa Group culture is changing and I seriously felt that ProTeam has its part in driving this giant process.
