Growing up professionally with a cabin crew is an experience everyone should do. Once your training begins, these 20 or more people bump into your life and you have to face a real choice: are they going to be only colleagues for you or are you going to socialize with them, trying to build up a real team and even a friendship? If I need to be honest, I did not spend long to take this decision, because as soon as I saw their faces, I figured out how amazing they are and how positively they are able to influence my day, my flight mood, my life.
Once our training in Vienna came to an end, Eurowings invited my team and me to Düsseldorf, Germany, to gather experience on board flying on their aircrafts for six weeks. The experience phase Eurowings Germany was one of the best experiences I have ever made. The feeling of your very first flight is an indescribable emotion. During those weeks, by flying all above Europe, to London, Stockholm, Bilbao, Valencia, Budapest, I indeed realized how much I missed out of this beautiful planet. Corners of the world, Alps, hills, the Mediterrenean, seeing an spotlighted Tour-Eiffel from 10,000 feet, flying over “Monviso”, the white mount I used to see from my high school class’ window in Pinerolo, near Turin, meeting people of different nationalities, being able to train almost four languages a day, meeting people with your same interests and sharing experiences and points of view,… This is exactly what I miss everytime I have an off-duty day.
Now, for all of us in Vienna, it is indeed time to take off and my team and I are more than ready! Our first Eurowings-Europe aircraft has finally arrived to Vienna. We are ready to bring all our dear flight guests to attractive destinations such as Rome, Valencia or even to the sunny Palma de Mallorca! We are all looking forward to flying, to bring our innovative, fresh “Extra WINGS” up to the skies in order to turn a normal tourist or commercial flight into a different experience for all our guests!
For example, Eurowings Europe has an announcement book without completely written announcements: it means that on each flight a flight attendant uses his/her own creativity to catch the attention of guests on board.
Eurowings Europe places great value on our guests’ safety on board, so much that we are still undertaking some seminars about safety.
Eurowings Europe wants to create a fresh and funny atmosphere during service. For instance, we will grind fresh pepper while serving tomato juice with a pepper mill.
Eurowings Europe wants to grow up more and more. To do such, my team and I in Vienna are looking forward to welcome you in our team. Therefore, if your dream is to fly, to kick start your carreer in a stimulating, international and dynamic environment, enroll now and be part of the spectacular Eurowings-Family.
